In 2010 we released the 'Riversong' album which was written and produced by Scott Bird. In 2014 we signed Men From Earth to the label and produced the last record album to be made at the legendary Alberts Studio. In 2015 we released the Men From Earth 'Wildwood Echoes' album and co-ordinated their national tour in conjunction with the Harbour Agency, Thrillhill Music and MGM Distribution. In November 2016 we re-released the Pale Riders back catalogue for digital sales, available directly through our online store. Riversong Music manages the catalogue of songwriter Scott Bird which includes the recordings of Pale Riders, Men From Earth and his own solo recordings. All works are published by BMG.
In 2018 we signed Melissa Black to our label, who had already been welcomed into the Riversong Music family in 2016. We've produced her 5 track EP 'The Eden Project' and directed and produced two short films 'Merging with takayna' and 'Eden'. Melissa has become an important part of our environmental art project, supporting the campaign to protect takayna.
During 2019 and 2020 we've been working on the debut EP recording for Nicholas James, new EP for Shane Shepherd and a concept album for The Blacksmiths Sun, which are all scheduled for release in 2021.

Scott Bird is an Australian singer/songwriter with a rich Aboriginal/Irish ancestry. Instinctively following his heart and expressing his experiences, reflections and observations in song, his musical journey began at an early age in the seventies. Scott is self-taught and has always walked a musical path, writing, performing, recording and teaching and is now focused on producing. Recent releases include Shane Shepherd and Melissa Black. Scott is very grateful to have music in his life, it is his constant unconditional companion. He is a Hohner and Gibson family artist. All recordings available at the online store.
